Volunteer Form – St. Louis Metropolitan Area A.A.

The Big Book reminds us, “Practical experience shows that nothing will so much insure immunity from drinking as intensive work with other alcoholics” (p. 89). One of our vital services is to provide A.A. members with the service opportunities that keep us sober and “happy, joyous, and free.”

Are you scheduled to chair and need to find a speaker? Have you run out of people to ask? How many times have you heard the same speaker?

Request a Speaker:
If you need a speaker for a meeting, simply call (314) 647-3677 Central Service and provide your group’s requirements, such as meeting place and time, gender, etc. You will be given three names and contact information for speakers that fit your requirements.

Sign Up To Speak:
Has it been awhile since you told your story? Sign up! This is great service work! You may have that message that someone needs to hear! Complete the application below and click SEND. You may also sign up by simply calling (314) 647-3677 Central Service.

Sign Up As A 12th Step Volunteer:

Volunteer to speak with newcomers and people coming back to A.A. Fill out the form below, and be sure to note “12 Step Volunteer.”

I want the hand of A.A. always to be there, and for that I am responsible.
