We are the local service office that supports the fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous in eastern Missouri, serving communities from St. Charles and Troy south to Cape Girardeau. The office maintains the directory of nearly 1,000 area meetings, answers calls from anyone concerned about their drinking, and provides A.A. literature to groups and members.
